Information to help your visit to Wildernesse

Advanced Bookings

For the enjoyment of all players tee times are restricted to maintain an uncrowded course and advanced bookings are recommended.
Bookings should be made via the Pro Shop on 01732 761199 (option 1).

Dress Code

Wildernesse expects visitors to be appropriately dressed for golf.

Tailored shorts may be worn with single coloured knee length socks or short white golf socks.

Denim jeans, collarless shirts and non golfing sports clothes are not permitted.

Golf shoes are permitted in the Clubhouse but we ask that Visitors ensure that they are clean.

If you are dining in the Restaurant as part of a society or golf day players can remain in clean golf clothes between rounds.

After golf, players are requested, as a minimum, to change into smart casual dress (tailored shirt with or without a jacket or jumper as the individual feels comfortable).

On Arrival

Visitors should report to the Professional Shop to reconfirm start time/starting hole and settle green fees before play.

Please note that Wildernesse Club is now a cashless venue.  All payments for purchases in the Clubhouse and Pro Shop (including for green fees) should be made using a debit or credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

Tee Times

Play starts from 8am and the Club is able to accommodate 2, 3 and 4 ball golf.

Please check your starting tee with the Professional Shop and arrive on the tee 5 minutes before your allocated time to avoid delays.

Handicap Restrictions

The course at Wildernesse is not suitable for the novice golfer and visitors are required to provide handicap certificates before play.
